Course Testimonial:

Great ideas to think about and take back to school to implement. Lots of food for thought on how we can support EAL learners and the journey needed for them so they can access curriculum maths from key stage 2 to key stage 3.

Maths Leader

Good focus on word problems. Good resources that can be used in the classroom with both EAL and other learners.

EAL Coordinator

Practical activites - useful - thought provoking! Good examples of how to include grammar in maths.

The word problem and information gap task was particularly useful... Activities I can easily try at school.

EAL Lead

Great pace - interactive! Great explanation of learning by EAL students.

Maths Teacher

Lots of ideas for both EAL and general - didn't just single out EAL but could also be useful for the whole class and yet benefit EAL.
