Our clients

Working with us starts with a conversation. We listen to the organisations we work with so that we can provide tailored training that matches your needs.

Our clients cover the Early Years, primary and secondary right through to post-16 education

We support teachers, schools, school groups and local authorities and we are proud of the long-term relationships we have developed with many of them. While we are UK-based, our clients are located in many different countries.

Our work for these organisations takes various forms: delivering single training courses in-school, in-class coaching, performing diagnostic reviews, developing bespoke training resources, through to embedding consultancy and training over a period of some years. But we always begin with the organisation’s needs and develop an approach that is appropriate to their situation.

Working collaboratively with our clients, we are proud of the differences we have helped to make.

“I wanted to thank you again for such an excellent training session.  The staff were energized and enthused by it and once again it has given the section a powerful platform for us all to develop our practice further.” David Jackson – Deputy Director, Lycée International British Section, Saint-Germain-en-Laye

“The EAL Academy works equally effectively in classrooms and at a strategic level. The outcome is more confident schools and much improved results.” Jonathan Lewis – Service Director for Education at Peterborough City Council
