Diane Leedham


Diane has more than 30 years experience in teaching, teacher development/training and subject/school leadership and improvement.  Her mainstream secondary subject teaching subjects are English/ English Literature/Media Studies along with specialist knowledge and expertise in whole school Language and Literacy development, Equalities and Cultural Competence  and EAL strategies/ leadership,  working cross phase EYFS to KS5.  Her previous professional roles include Head of English, whole school Literacy Coordinator, LA English/Literacy Consultant in Greenwich and EAL Advisory Team Leader in the London Borough of Sutton. She has a highly successful track record of raising pupil achievement, developing creative, research based pedagogy, and ensuring positive school inspection outcomes.
